Our estimations are a full Bill of Quantities (BOQ) — every item of work broken down by quantity, unit, market rate and total. Not "cement work — ₹5 lakh" but "OPC 53 grade cement, ACC brand, 240 bags at ₹410/bag = ₹98,400". That's the level.
We use a live rate library maintained internally — updated quarterly with actual invoices from ongoing projects. When the price of TMT steel or vitrified tiles moves, our numbers move with it.
