Independent eyes
on your site.

A qualified engineer visits your site every week. Checks the work. Verifies materials. Sends you photos. Coordinates with your contractor. Catches problems before they become expensive. Peace of mind — on tap.

What you get

Weekly QC visits.
Photo logs. Real oversight.

The single most common mistake homeowners make: they trust the contractor to self-supervise. He isn't going to. Not out of malice — but because his goal is finishing fast, not building well. That's why every serious project needs an independent, technical, client-side supervisor.

A qualified site engineer visits your site every week (or more often for critical stages). Verifies materials. Measures work done. Photographs everything. Sends you a written report. Coordinates with contractor on next-week priorities. Catches problems while they're still fixable.

Our process

How supervision actually works.

Site engineer assignment

A dedicated site engineer is assigned to your project — same person for the entire duration. You get their number; they get yours.

Kick-off meeting with contractor

Three-way meeting at your site — you, us, contractor. We agree on quality standards, escalation protocol, weekly visit schedule and payment certification process.

Weekly QC visits

Site engineer visits every week (or more often during critical stages). Uses a 40-point QC checklist. Verifies materials, measures work done, photographs progress.

Weekly report to you

Written report + photo log sent via WhatsApp/email. Progress vs plan, quality issues flagged, next-week priorities listed, contractor bill certified if due.

Issue escalation & resolution

Any quality issue gets a formal note to contractor with a fix deadline. Repeat issues escalated to partners. Documented record protects you in disputes.

Deliverables

What you get every week.

Photo log

10–20 photos every visit — foundations, RCC, masonry, plaster, finishes documented as they happen.

Written QC report

Structured weekly report with QC checklist status, issues flagged, next-week priorities.

Bill certification

Contractor's monthly bill verified against actual work done — protects you from over-billing.

Material verification note

Every major material delivery inspected — cement grade, steel grade, tile dimensions, brand verification.

Direct engineer access

Your site engineer's number for questions between visits. Partner escalation available.

Final completion report

End-of-project report — punch list, defects to be rectified before final payment, warranty items.

Fee

Transparent pricing.

Two fee bases
