Plot dimensions, orientation, setbacks, neighbouring structures, entry direction — all mapped. We verify LP number, title documents and any zone-specific bylaws that apply.
We draft 2–3 conceptual floor plan options showing different flow & layout strategies. You pick a direction; we develop it in detail.
Wall thickness, door swings, window sizes, staircase design, dimensions, area statement, furniture layout — all detailed. Ready for structural design or approval.
Up to 3 revision rounds included. Once you sign off, we release final AutoCAD + PDF + JPG files along with a design intent note explaining every major decision.

Standard G+1 residence pricing quoted as a fixed lump sum after our initial consultation. Larger projects (commercial, gated communities) billed per built-up square foot. Full quote in writing before you commit.

Yes. If you have a preferred Vaastu consultant, we coordinate with them during the concept stage and incorporate their inputs into the final plan. If not, we apply standard Vaastu principles from our own reference guide.
Floor plans alone aren't accepted for home loans — banks need approved plans (from KAUDA/Panchayat/Municipal) plus structural drawings. We provide all three under our "full package" engagement.
Absolutely. Share your sketch with dimensions and we'll refine it into a proper drawing set — faster and cheaper than starting from scratch. We'll flag any structural or bylaw issues in your original before proceeding.
