Our structural drawings are proper engineering — load calculations, member sizing, reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules — done to IS-456 (RCC) and IS-1893 (seismic) standards for Zone III. Zero guesswork. Signed off by a qualified structural engineer. Design defect warranty included.

From load
to rebar drawing.

Drawings intake

You share floor plans + intended use + soil report (or we recommend a test if not available). We understand loads, spans and geometry.

Load calculations

Dead load (self-weight), live load (occupancy), wind load (coastal AP = Zone II wind), seismic load (Zone III) — all calculated per IS codes.

Member sizing & analysis

Footings, columns, beams, slabs, staircases sized using standard software (STAAD.Pro or equivalent). Deflection, cracking, stability all checked.

Detailing & drawings

Reinforcement drawings — how much steel where, bar diameter, spacing, laps, hooks. Bar bending schedule for the contractor's bar bender.

Stability certificate & delivery

Signed structural stability certificate for the sanctioning authority. Full drawing set delivered. Design defect warranty documented.

Signed & stamped structural stability certificate accepted by KAUDA/Panchayat/Municipal.

Standard residential typically billed per built-up sft (₹8–15/sft range). Larger commercial and industrial billed as fixed lump sum after scope study. Soil test cost is separate (if required).
